ACE Unit Fentanyl Bust Leads to Multiple Charges

Carrollton, GA (August 15, 2024) – On August 1, 2024, the ACE (Aggressive Criminal Enforcement) Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Elder Circle in Carrollton, as part of an ongoing drug investigation. The operation was carried out following evidence that Gregory Parks, age 58, was allegedly engaged in the sale of illicit drugs, including fentanyl and methamphetamine.

During the search, investigators recovered a amount of illegal substances. The items seized included suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, Oxycodone pills, and marijuana. In addition, various items related to the distribution of narcotics were found at the scene.

As a result of the operation, Mr. Gregory Parks was arrested and is facing multiple charges including:

  • Sale of Fentanyl
  • Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substances with Intent to Distribute
