Carrollton, GA (March 25, 2024) – In the early morning hours of Sunday, March 24, 2024, officers responded to 815 Alabama Street, Westside Bar & Grill, regarding a shooting that just occurred. When officers arrived, they discovered a chaotic scene and a male, later identified as Mario Chism, on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
Through investigation and witness statements, it was determined a dispute inside the bar led to the shooting. After the shooting, the suspect immediately fled the scene.
The following has been arrested in connection with incident:
Ladarrious Dekenbie Reese, age 25, of Carrollton – Aggravated Assault and Reckless Conduct
Reese turned himself in to the Carroll County Jail later Sunday morning. This case is active and ongoing with additional charges and arrests possible.
