Carrollton, GA (December 5, 2022) – On December 3, 2022, shortly after 1:00pm, officers responded to 915 Lovvorn Road, River Pointe Apartments, regarding shots fired. When officers arrived, they discovered a male, identified as Tavis Kigwana, with multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses were able to describe the suspect vehicle as a white Dodge Charger. Officers located the suspect vehicle traveling on Alabama Street and initiated a traffic stop. Two occupants were detained and later charged. Preliminary investigation indicates the incident is drug related.
The following arrests have been made:
Joshua Isaiah Turner, 18, of Carrollton – Aggravated Assault
Jayden Bolton, 19, of Carrollton – Aggravated Assault
